VanSans

VanSans is an elegant, modern sans serif inspired by the city of Vancouver—where industrial energy meets a friendly, open spirit. It blends humanist details carefully selected from typographic history without relying on a single source, creating a typeface that feels both timeless and contemporary.

With a generous x-height, open counters, and clear, legible forms, VanSans performs beautifully in print and on screen. Its 16 weights, from Thin to Black, make it perfect for editorial design, branding, advertising, and user interfaces

Supporting Pan European Latin, Vietnamese, and Cyrillic, VanSans comes loaded with OpenType features: small capitals, old-style and tabular figures, arrows, and case-sensitive punctuation. With over 1,400 characters per style, it’s built for flexibility and adaptability
—ready to meet the demands of today’s typographers and designers.

Whether you’re crafting a clean, straightforward layout or a complex typographic hierarchy, VanSans is ready to be challenged, and to shine.
