Local Type Co. is the independent type foundry of Brazilian designer based in Spain, João Luiz Wittkowski. After over 15 years working as a brand designer and co-running SELF Design Studio with my wife and partner in life, Local Type Co. was born from a long-held desire to bring a new voice and expression to projects I've created over the years, and to those yet to come.
