Oxeran Z

Oxeran Z pushes the family’s Clarendon-based structure into a much darker reverse treatment. Distressed slab-serif letters appear as rough knockouts inside irregular blocks of ink, making the surrounding mass part of every character. The heavy, uneven enclosures give Z a more compressed and forceful texture than ordinary Oxeran while retaining the family’s connection to worn commercial printing.

Use Oxeran Z for compact titles, fighter names, race graphics, workwear labels, boot-box branding, weird-West game locations, and other focal words that need maximum abrasion. Its dense negative shapes are strongest at generous display sizes and against simple backgrounds. Pair it with regular Oxeran for event details, product names, or secondary headings when a complete distressed hierarchy is needed without applying the most extreme treatment everywhere.
