Cinecav X Serif

Cinecav X Serif adds sturdy, clearly drawn serifs to the family’s caption-oriented proportions. The construction gives subtitles a more literary or editorial voice without abandoning the open spacing and screen legibility developed for changing video backgrounds.

Use Serif for documentaries, historical programs, recorded lectures, literary adaptations, museum media, archival film, and language-learning content where captions should feel distinct from a neutral interface sans. Its italic provides a related voice for quotations, narration, emphasis, and translated on-screen text.
