BookmanJF Italic Font by Jukebox
About: BookmanJF is a digital revival of a classic font that has been around for a long time*. The original Bookman and Bookman Italic fonts—including their unique and highly sought-after swash alternates—never made into digital type at the start of the 1980s. I finally decided they would make a perfect addition to the Jukebox collection. Fleshed out in OpenType format these fonts really sing and putting in the swash characters is easy with OpenType features. Bookman is a classic Clarendon style font that evokes design eras from both the early 20th Century right through the 1970s when they hit their height of popularity. Especially the Italic face… Until I created this digital version for Jukebox these were one of the most requested fonts people looked for online. Jukebox fonts are available in OpenType format and downloadable packages contain both .otf and .ttf versions of the font. They are compatible on both Mac and Windows. All fonts contain basic OpenType features as well as support for Latin-based and most Eastern European languages.
