Fashion Brush Font by Harold's Fonts
About:
The basic letterfoms were inspired by wood type formerly used by Thalheimers department stores. One font has a rough “art brush” texture, the other has the smooth round line of a Sharpie®. From examples in the collection of Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA. According to them, “The type follows handlettering styles of the 1940s and is unique compared to 20th-century script typefaces in metal.” Pen Script Monograms was also inspired by this active, elegant style.
